This serious danger to our nationality, to the progress of Mexican commerce and to the preservation of our health, threatened by the infusion of the sickly blood of the yellow race, is clearly manifested in the complete monoply of the sources of our national wealth and in the powerful hold that this element is acquiring throughout our State.
This Municipality is ready to lend all its support to the carrying out of this Resolution and hopes to find in the people the intelligence of which they have so often given proof.
